My healing journey began in 2008 with EFT and tapping, later progressing to Optimal Freedom Techniques under Gary Craig's media and bi-weekly group mentorship. Initially skeptical, I quickly grasped and applied these techniques to myself. At the time, I was in a tumultuous relationship, suffering from sleep deprivation, appetite loss, persistent gut tightness, depression, and a lack of motivation.
