We'll start by assessing your discomfort level on a scale from 0 to 10. This initial step helps us understand your baseline. Throughout the session, I'll guide you through specific instructions aimed to, “Find Yourself Healed.” Should our journey touch upon sensitive subjects or emotional traumas, know that sharing them out loud is NOT a requirement. Your inner reflections are sufficient for the healing process. As we progress, you'll have opportunities to reassess your state, witnessing the transformative power of the technique in real-time.
